I agree to pay McFatter PTSA $30.00 in cash, money order, or via the PTSA website in order to reserve a space at the MCFATTER PTSA SPRING FLEA MARKET.

Liability: The undersigned agrees to the rules set forth in the contract and agrees to release the sponsor from any loss or damage and all for the duration of set-up, sale and clean-up period.
